M!ND YOURSELF - a collaboration between dancer/choreographer Pavla Varakova and musician/composer Maiken Marlen Sundby. Within a loose framework both musicians and dancers explore and test the emotions and limitations of space and time. 

What happens when people choose to step out of the invisible regulations that guides everyone's lives? What is the border between madness and normality in a world where everyone's reality is unique and yet the same?

A group of multicultural artists, with backgrounds in contemporary music and dance, has collaborated to create a series of performances inspired by the search for identity in the chaos of London. Each of them coming to the UK from another country, they have found that being a foreigner in a city full of outsiders just as easily integrates you within London’s sheer diversity as it makes you question your own perception of reality.
